The Community Council of Archimandrita, aiming at the development, progress and beautification of the community, has planned and effectuated a series of projects. Presented below are the projects which have been completed, the ones under construction, as well as those which have already been scheduled for construction.  

Projects under construction:

• Construction of a Community Council office
• Establishment of a Nature Study Centre
• Creation of a Nature Trail
• Gentrification of the old stone-built fountain and water tank
• Creation of the community’s  official website  
• Creation of a car park
